Wrong Rewards Tier

I am trying to get my rewards tier corrected. Right now the account and rewards landing page shows me as sliver instead of diamond. Had continuous service since 2008. Thanks for your help.

We would recommend going here (https://www.xfinity.com/Support/Rewards), you can submit a request to have your Xfinity Rewards Tier level adjusted so that it reflects correctly. If you have any trouble getting that submitted, please let us know.
