Wrong Name shows up when I call someone from my phone

When I call someone, the name that shows up is Suzan [Edited: "Personal Information"], WHY?
The name on my account is Suzan [Edited: "Personal Information"]

Hello user_jmy6y4. Thanks for reporting the incorrect name showing on the account. I'm sorry that it's displaying incorrectly when you make calls. I know this can cause confusion when you are trying to contact someone. I would love to help out! 

Is this happening on your Xfinity mobile phone line or your Xfinity home phone line? Does the name show up incorrectly on all calls?

it is only happening on my cell phone. I do not have a landline through Xfinity.
