Wrong info from xfinity rep

I was on a call about an issue, but before hanging up I was told I could get two(2) watchers FREE from my xfinity rewards and I told her that I really do not have a use for them at this time, she then proceeded to tell me that I might as well take them because there are no fees for these and that I do NOT have to activate them. I was charged $18 for each watch and when I said I would only take one because of the tax price she said it would only be $9 for each, totaling $18 and some change.  
I am really upset about this and I really do not want to pay more or activate anything else. I called the following day and was told I could not cancel the shipment.

The problem is still ongoing I am having so much aggravation returning these watches. I went to the xfinity store and was told I could not return them there so it took me about 1 hour and 10 min. On the phone to have return labels sent to me. I went to Walgreens fedex shipping and was told that I needed to go to a full serve fedex store.  I am planning on doing this today. If these watches cannot be returned today I am going to file whatever grievances I need to file. 
I have been with xfinity for nearly 20 years and have never been this upset with a company!

I am seriously thinking about canceling my service because I can’t take the aggravation and misleading info I get from customer service
