Wrong equipment returned

I returned my equipment to a UPS Store and then realized I made a boneheaded mistake.  I returned a component that is the wireless controller for my thermastat thinking it was the Flex box, smh.  I realized my mistake too late as the equipment had already shipped. 

 

Is there any way I can get my component back?  I have tried chatting with xFinity, no luck.  I also received a call from Complete Recovery (about the Flex box I have yet to return) but they could not help me either. 

 

Any ideas on who or what to try to retrieve my component would be much appreciated.
