Wrong Apartment Number

When I moved out I had accidentally put the wrong apartment number and now I need to switch it to the correct one but I don't want to stop the service because it is still working but I believe my neighbor tried to cancel it.  How can I transfer it to my correct number without it causing an issue?

@user_k0r2rb Thanks for adding a post and letting us know. Let us check and see what the best option would be. We either need to transfer the service, or have the location updated to fix this up. Send us a direct message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the message icon located at the top right of this forums page.
 

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
 

• Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send your message
