Wrong address on bill
I live in a townhouse - the address on my bill includes both sides of the townhouse (North/South). I've tried to change this for years, but every time I try with Comcast, I get nowhere. I'm told to try different departments, or "don't worry about it.". However, I am paying over $200/month for my services, and people in my neighborhood are paying $80 for the same services. My attached neighbors are very sketchy - they used to brag that they were stealing wifi from another neighbor. I'm really wondering if somehow I am paying for THEIR cable and internet since BOTH addresses are on my bill AND I am paying DOUBLE what other people are paying on my same block. Can someone please help?
