Wreckless driver

This vehicle almost hit me on rt30 and calumet. Cut me off after his lane slowed down to where I had to slam on my breaks and almost slammed into him.  Then decided curse me out after in his vehicle.  I took a picture of the truck. Truck #940 ABO. Illinois plate number FP 41 804. I would like to discuss this with a person. This driver was reckless and did not care about anybody's safety.
