Would Like Access to Transcript

I had a transcript between [Edited: "Personal Information"] and I would like to get access to it. The xfinity assistant did not let me download the transcript. Here is the number [Edited: "Personal Information"].  Also I was never given a survey to leave feedback on this chat.

Over social media, we are a dedicated team of specialized experts who are committed to providing solutions to our XFINITY family members. May I ask the reason for wanting those transcripts? Normally, you have to go through legal to get transcript records.

Because [Edited: "Personal Information"] in detail laid out everything I needed to know about changing my plan and all the costs. I don't remember everything we talked about. But there was lots of useful information I wish I would have been able to download but xfinity assistant would not let me download it.
