Worthless customer service

I have Xfinity mobile now service. Their customer service is by far the worst I've ever had. I cannot get into my voicemail it tells me I need to call and talk to customer service to reset my password but I can't get through to a live person for Xfinity now. All I can get to is a live person for Xfinity mobile service which tells me I have to go through their virtual assistant only. That does not work everything I try through there it does not give me the right help it just keep sending me this information telling me the first time I bring a voicemail it'll ask me to set up a password wrong just ask free password. I can't get no help I've been working on this for 3 days I've never had this kind of problem with a cell phone service. Very dissatisfied wish I'd never done this
