Worst Tech Support EVER!

Never called before. Your assistant NEVER SHUTS UP! I know you don't want phone calls, but that assistant is ridiculous!

How in God's name do you reach a human being? Not kidding.

Your stupid assistant's cure for everything is "LET'S SEND A TECH!' Yeah, so Comcast can charge me for them fixing the problems that I have nothing to do with.

How about contacting me? Suddenly, my service just stopped working right. Not sure why. Would love to troubleshoot. But, that assistant refuses to connect me to an actual human.

user_pi6jan the assistant is designed to assist customers with many issues that don't require a live agent to address, and it helps keep agents available for other concerns that are not able to be addressed via self-service. That said, you can always use the forum as you have now to reach someone.
