Worst service!
I am an optimum customer until I had to move very quickly. I searched for internet service for the new apartment yet could not keep the service I already had. Xfinity blew my phone up so I answered the call and paid the fee. I was sent self install and was eager to set up and watch TV. Nope I need tech support. So I joined a chat which after a while set me up with Friday June 6 2025 @4. So I wait and no one shows up! Text again on chat,they are coming,nice to talk have a good day, someone said. NO ONE SHOWED UP AND I ASKED FOR MY MONEY BACK MANY TIMES. NOW THEY GAVE ME A 50 CREDIT AND SAID SOMEONE WILL BE OUT ON 6/10/25.. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE,TĤEY ARE THE WORT!!!!!
