Worst Service

This is the worst service I have ever had. I have been a loyal customer for over 9 years here in Houston. And before that, 8 years in Georgia, always pay my bill on time. But over the years have had numerous issues with xfinity. There are not mini other providers to choose from. In my area, i have been working from home for the past 5 years. And on numerous occasions, the internet service has been out for hours to days. At a time that has cost me hundreds of dollars in wages. I try my best to contact a live agent to get issues resolved. But it is like pulling teeth, it is so difficult to find someone to talk to and if I am lucky to talk to an agent, they are out of the country. I cannot understand what they're saying. And half the time, they don't even know why what they're doing xfinity, used to be the best service out of all of them. Now I consider them there, the worst. I am out of internet right now as we speak, which is costing me money. I cannot even reach anyone. Not even through the chat. No callback request and even so, after I get the internet back, they don't even want to credit. My bill, I am sick of it. Xfinity needs to do better, especially with the prices that they now choose to charge for their services. It's very manipulative, it's very insulting and very disappointing. But you want your payment on time every month? Get it together xfinity

Hello @user_7mz7v3 thank you for reaching out with your concerns to our Xfinity Community Forum. Other than the internet issues, I hope the day has been treating you well. As someone that works from home, I definitely understand how important it is to have my internet services working correctly at all times and would feel the same way in your shoes.

If you could send our team a direct message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the service address associated with your account, I'd be more than happy to look into this for you.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it.
