Worst service

I have been a customer of Xfinity for over 20 years. I called with an issue and customer service was horrible. Customer Service Rep did not know what they were talking about. After spending an hour over the phone and getting my service started up again, I have no internet

I choose not to answer these questions. I can not believe how awful your customer service is. Perhaps, if you did not outsource your customer service you would be able to resolve issues. As it is, I spent over an hour on the phone and I am in a worse position than where I started

The employees that work here are Corporate employees, not outsourced or bots.  They really do want to help you, and all customers that post in the forums.  Since you've posted here, it's obvious you want someone to help resolve  your issue, so you should give them a try.

@user_ps84rc​ I feel your pain! I was stuck for nearly four hours yesterday   bouncing between long holds and speaking with multiple representatives  trying to fix my issue. After all that, ultimately, nothing was resolved. It's incredibly frustrating.
