Do not get sucked into Xfinity 30 dollar a month program. They will tell you your current phone is not acceptable and you have to buy a new one, I refused to get a new one. The man on the other line said "wait a second, your have been approved, for a new I phone se, with no charge to you. Your credit score is great mam" I asked many questions and he said "no change mam a free phone with your new deal to combine Xfinity and Xfinity mobile" long story I signed after reading the contract which read 0 dollars for the phone. I signed. For a 30 for a few months only, and then goes to 44, so I call and they said I am paying installations for this phone, I couldn't argue with them so I gave up. A year later my bill goes from 44 to 160 a month just for the phone! Does not I cludd Internet that went up 40 dollars. I ask why, oh mam your gegabites is overused." I asked "how, I've used it he same as I have for the last year" well mam I'm sorry to hear dis, so sorry, Xfinity is hear to help" (no they are not) so I asked how to lower my gigabytes into a new deal since I've been a customer for a few decades.
Her response "sorry mam, there is no program for you at the time only for new customers" (what???!!)
So not only did my phone go up my Xfinity did as well, about tripled the amount over the last year and they say they can't help me. So I change carriers and am still being charged monthly for service I no longer use. I was on the phone with someone that took forever to get a hold of, all to tell me sorry too bad your are on auto payment and we will not take you off of it even if you request it and if you get a hold of a supervisor they will tell you the same thing. So now my bank will be involved as well as Xfinity executive.
Good luck contacting any support with Xfinity. I hope they go out of business quickly.
Don't use Xfinity bundle, ever.
