Worst service so far
Im still trying to start my service. I dont like leaving bad reviews but unfortunately their customer service is terrible, the way they do things is terrible, they were literally supposed to dig my cable yesterday and didn't do it. Said that it was done today, went out to check their work the dirt wasn't even touched, the cable is still in the same place. Called the technical team multiple times to get an update. Never got one. Now im going to be almost 2 weeks without internet and this is completely unacceptable. Im only with this God forsaken company because I cant get this speed that I have with anyone else. Im genuinely disgusted with this company on how it handles everything. I wish there was a better option but apparently there isn't and im stuck this this [Edited: Language].
