Worst service on the planet

Prepare to be in chat or on the phone for hours. Basic requests take arduous processes to complete. Customer service reps are incompetent and assure you each time they will fix your issue but they can’t. The app and the site have constant errors. The chat constantly disconnects mid-conversation. Prepare to speak to 6 different customer reps for one outreach for several hours. If you are activating a new device prepare for it to be done incorrectly and take several days to be resolved.
