Worst Service Ever

I’ve spent the last 4 months trying to get a billing issue resolved. I get bounced around from customer service rep to customer service rep saying that they’ll connect me to someone that can help. Each time, I have to explain my issue all over again bc no one sees to know what’s going on and they always assure me that they’ll take care of the problem. It’s especially frustrating bc I was initially trying to cancel my service and was talked out of it by a representative who told me she could lower my bill going forward. It’s been a nightmare of dead ends and the two times I’ve had a rep that seemed like they actually care and are willing to help they say they’ll call me back in a day or two once the issue is resolved and then I never hear from them again and I have to start all over. I hate Comcast. It’s the worst service provider I’ve ever dealt with and their customer service just adds insult to injury. I just want to get this issue resolved so that I can leave for good.
