Worst Service Ever

Xfinity is the most proficient company in the world at not giving a [Edited: "Profanity"]  about customers. I have been trying to get the actual speeds I've been paying for since the day I switched. NOTHING! The "customer commitment" page states...

[Edited: "Profanity"] The "support" app is designed to frustrate, and run people in circles.

I have hit the "actual human" lottery once or twice and actually spoken to a person, but no resoluition.

I simply want the 2000 down and 300 up I'm paying for, and I'm still getting 40 up.

How [Edited: "Profanity"] does this get resolved?
