Worst service ever

I have been a comcast  customer for many years however I am fed up and so disappointed I am considering canceling and switching service. Worst customer service ever. Very poor. I'm paying over $300.00 a month and I'm asking myself why. Surely there's a better service  out there. I will be searching. I would not recommend xfinity and will be canceling and going with another service. This is beyond ridiculous so frustrated and fed up
