Worst service ever

it has gotten out of hand at xfinity, customer service no longer exists anymore since they’ve replaced people with AI generated assistance, that only gives the customer the run around and can’t help with anything outside of basic information that can be found off the app. I work in customer service, and what xfinity is calling customer service is anything but. I’ve been trying to get assistance for two days and I just get the run around and told since there is an outage in my area, customer service is down until the outage is fixed. Like is that a joke or just another display of how xfinity does not care about their customer.

Sounds like I’m being connected to another assistance AI bot, and that isn’t what I want, nor isn’t actually going to provide me with the level of service I’d expect.

Explain to me why I don’t have service that I pay for, and am in able to conduct standard business and not actually be able to speak with a physical person over then phone
