Worst service ever

I hate Xfinity. The customer service is TRASH. I’ve only had internet forever and for the past 6mos they been trying to bill me for cable & phone ANNOYING. I’m continually calling to correct it and always having to instruct the customer service rep in whatever country to scroll the [Edited: "Language"] up and DUH YOU SEE I ONLY HAVE INTERNET. Then instead of removing it they cancel it and I’m billed partially I HATEEEEEE THEM. On the phone with robots to get to the [Edit: Language] Philippines and bad comprehension!! Whelp it’s annoying [Edited: "Language"]. A few days ago a box arrived OMG I DID NOT ADD CABLE YOU [Edited: "Language"] I didn’t even open it. I called and took it back to the store. That was three days ago. Why [Edited: "Language"] are they texting me to activate the new equipment and have billed me. [Edit: Inflammatory] and I’m going to get other internet service and cancel them. [Edit: Inflammatory]
