worst service ever. Xfinity assistant is a joke and literally the worst experience I've ever seen.
Talking with AI assistant and online support is like talking to a redfish. you have to repeat your problem every 3 messages and each person assures you that the problem will be resolved and it never is. Unfortunately going into the store isn't great either - they don't seem to have access to your account or any online systems. I purchaed a device in the store, then returned it to the store when I couldn't get it to work (xfinity assistant was useless in trying to help me get it installed and I couldn't talk to a human). AFter returning the device I was charge for it - 1 month later - and spent hours talking with. multiple 'people' on online support to get a credit. They kept creating a ticket and assuring me I woudl receive the credit only to get a text that my ticket was closed and no credit and no information on my ticket. So then I had to start again with a new agent and each time they asked me all the information and said they didn't have access to my previous chat or information.
Seriously - this is criminal customer support. Xfinity should not be allowed to operate like this.

I can only echo this. As I recently had a cable get cut and having to navigate the AI forced EDITED: Language was pure EDITED: Language when you can see the cable cut in 2.

Xfinity chat is an embarrassment. I am about ready to cancel all my services and be done with Xfinity altogether.
