Worst service! can’t reach human and app not able to work
I have had patients come to the emergency room after dealing with Xfinity for hours but I can’t even get to a human this time. So crazy the disregard customers time and needs.

call customer service and choose the option for moving or canceling your service—that should connect you with an actual person. And whatever you do, don’t let them swap your wired cable box for a wireless one!
