Worst Provider, Conveniently, The ONLY Provider.
Customer service is a joke. Everyone is rude and impossible to talk to efficiently. I’ve battled over a month now trying to shut down my account. When I was finally successful, I reached out to another company who offered a much better plan than anything xfinity has to offer. Just to find out nobody else can provide OTHER than xfinity. I literally have zero choice but to use them. Between the outrageous bills, TERRIBLE customer service and 100,000 hoops you have to jump through to get anywhere; their WiFi doesn’t even work when it was installed. Xfinity is the worst business I’ve ever worked with. I’m mad, and frankly disgusted that this is acceptable from anyone who oversees this company.
