Worst internet company ever! [Edited]

Xfinity is by far THE WORST company to use for internet or any service for that matter. Customer service is clueless, probably because you outsource these jobs to other countries that have no clue what is going on with the services. They bounce you around to multiple agents who never have the correct answers or flat out can’t get to the correct answer. Then the internet [Edited: "Language"] and goes in and out or doesn’t let you connect at all. I don’t have a home account anymore and rely on the 30-day NOW internet pass.  There seem to be no representatives who have any [Edited: "Language"] clue as to what that is 🙄. Like how don’t you know what services you offer and how to resolve any issues with these services? Freaking ridiculous. I can’t even get service because apparently there’s a past due bill on my account that I have no recollection of or even signed up for. I absolutely HATE Xfinity and [Edited: "Inflammatory"] won’t allow any other providers to provide service in my area. Xfinity, you [Edited: "Language"]!

user_9hc21c Thanks for reaching out about your account concern you mentioned you never signed up for. I would be happy to look into what is going on with that concern for you.

Can you send us a direct message with your full name, name of account holder (if different), and service address please?

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon (speech bubble)

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it
