Worst experience

Dealing with this company is the worst experience I have ever had, they are not honest and their business practices have become increasingly suspect. Multiple times in the last year they have taken multiple payments from me in error and have not assisted me in getting refunded, they cannot find my account( I have been a customer for multiple years) when I call and their representatives say the same robotic things over and over. We have now taken our business and residential accounts elsewhere and they don't care about retaining us. Beware and look elsewhere for services.

Yes please do, my bank is now looking into refunding the duplicate payment if you could make the refund happen quickly that would be appreciated. But your company is not trust worthy anymore, your customer service people are horrible and your business practices are almost criminal.
