Worst Experience Ever

I spent 2.5 hours with Xfi personnel trying to set up automatic payments on my mother's landlines acct. After being transferred 3 times, the last agent ended up hanging up on me. I had to explain myself 3 times as the agents I talked to didn't give the heads up to the next agent. Not only they didn't addressed my concerns and the reason for my call, but they screwed up and changed my mother's account to my name. Plus autopay was never set up

Needless to say, I will be closing my accounts with Xfinity after 50+ years. I have encouraged my entire family to do the same. Their agents are not properly trained.  Are they even located in the USA?

Oh my goodness, I am so incredibly sorry to hear about the absolutely awful experience you had trying to set up automatic payments for your mother's landline, @user_d785b8. Two and a half hours, three transfers, and then being hung up on? That's just completely unacceptable, and I understand why you're so frustrated.

I can only imagine how stressful and time-consuming that must have been, especially having to repeat yourself multiple times. I want to look into this for you. I'm going to do everything I can to get this resolved and address the issues you've raised. I need to get this fixed.

I want to apologize for the poor experience you had. Please, let me know what I can do to help rectify this for you and your mother. To get started, please send our team a Direct Message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the service address associated with your account.
