Worst ever

On hold for 30 min. The call back called me without caller id or even proclaiming he’s from Xfinity. I had to ask 3 times. You used to have Americans for a short period. Now I sit on hold after waiting for a call back been passed around with no answers.  It’s a joke to these customer service reps.  It’s a joke. I’ve lived in multiple countries and states. Y’all are the worst
