Worst ever.

This is seriously the worst company ever. I cannot log in because the website doesn’t work. I can’t call because they want an account number and I cannot get it because I can’t log in!!!!! I pay $155 a month for my internet to never work! It’s my only option where I am and I’m beyond irritated.

I am sorry to hear you are unable to log in to your account @user_4ku34d Have you created a user ID yet? https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/create-xfinity-username If yes, and you are unsure of your user ID and password, you visit the link: xfinity.com/username to locate your username. Once you have your username, you can go to xfinity.com/password to update your password. Once you have this if you still cannot access your account I suggest clearing cookies and cache and trying again.
