The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it.

Xfinity Customer Service, absolutely awful, the worst I have ever experienced. Very obvious they fired their Customer service team and are just using GPT. After the last hour of trying to talk to some one and figure out why my autopay was turned off and why my subscription was updated to the most expensive option, even though I get less than a 1/10th of the speed I'm supposedly paying for.
