WORST CUTOMER SERVICE EVER

I'm convinced xfinity doesn't want customers. I've been trying to get through to a live person for an hour and just keep getting sent a link for a USELESS virtual assistant. I'm beyond annoyed, they're trying to over charge me and won't let me contact anyone to fix it. Sounds like theft to me. Might hai go in an cancel all my services when I have the time off to do it.
