Worst customer support
I got my service about a week ago and I've been trying to activate the mobile service and every service agent I talked to has been very difficult to work with all but for one. Abhishek has been the worst one I have ever dealt with I've try to get him to tell me what SIM card I need to put in my phone to be activated because they sent me two SIM cards and I didn't know which one is for what number or anything but this has been the worst experience in my life so far you need to train your employees better. I will not recommend anyone to get Xfinity especially their mobile service very difficult to activate

Hello user_w40mk9, we appreciate you reaching out here in our Xfinity Community forums. We do want to help you, and we are happy to do so. I understand you have received 2 sim cards, my first question would be, do you have 2 phones you are bringing over? That will allow us to work on determining which card is the right one. If you only have 1 phone(number), then you could use either one.
