Worst customer service

This is by far the worst customer service and technical support across the board of providers. You call with a problem, they say it’s fixed. But, it never gets resolved. The ai chat is impossible to work with and never gets you where you need to go.  I feel like I’m always talking to the same reps and they never perform their jobs proficiently. They always send you a manual and tell you to read it yourself and figure it out. What is Xfinity and comcast paying these people for if they can’t help do basic stuff. Might as well as cut the entire call center if the costumers have to do everything themselves. Save yourself some money Xfinity/comcast.
