Worst Customer Service

Interestingly enough I typed this out already and when I tried to submit it errored out and made me re type it.

i have been battling with this company for months. It started when i had a few outages.

then a customer service rep lied about an appointment confirmation. How do i know? I called back after the employee was due to show up and when i gave my confirmation number they said “that’s not a real confirmation numbers”. This company is a joke, a scam, and only cares about funding the next Philadelphia sports arena. Congrats Xfinity you’re a monopoly. You sacrificed service for a dollar. I have spent hours upon hours trying to fix my issues. I was told my bill would be waived but of course it wasn’t.

when I called fuming out a missed appointment they tried to sell me Xfinity mobile. This company is the worst and they need to be better
