Worst customer service

I bought a new phone with a promo where they basically give you a free phone with a monthly credit for 2 years if you turn in your old phone. I did that. It’s been 5 months and I’m still not getting a credit. I pay for the new phone every month. I’ve contacted them several times. The agents all promise the world. They say they will give you credits because you’re such a loyal customer but then never do. They said the refunds were handled by a third party and gave me contact info but it’s impossible to get through. The agents all act friendly and say they are the right person to help you but then never do.  And while they are “helping” you, the try to cross sell more products. They can’t even provide the service I currently have, why would I want more. I’ve been with Xfinity for a long time and have my phone, internet and cable with them. I spent over 400 a month with them. The service hasn’t always been like this. It’s gone way down hill. Time for me to start looking for new providers.

Can you send us a direct message with your full name, name of account holder (if different), and service address please?

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" If necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon (speech bubble)

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person".

Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it
