Worst Customer Service

This has been the absolute worst company to work with. I have been having issues since the day I signed up with them. The customer service agents do not communicate with each other and straight up lie to your face. I have told everyone not to use this company and those I know who have them hate them as well. I keep getting assured that the issue I have will get resolved and it is the same thing every month. Today was my last straw as I was trying to lower the amount I pay since I do not want to work with this company but they are the only ones who service my area. I got spoken to as though I’m incompetent and kept having agents drop me and transfer me to a new one. This is the case almost every time I speak with them. This company does not care for its customers and has the worst possible customer service. Do NOT use them.

My issue is you keep trying to charge me for equipment on an inactive account that has the wrong service address. I keep getting contacted to return equipment I do not have and was told it was taken care of multiple times and I have now been charged for it. When the agent said they resolved it I still received a message saying I need to return it. This has been ongoing since I set the service up. I was told to make a new account which I did since they couldn’t change my address. Thanks.

You have said it all I have never 

experienced such chaos with

a company I thought they were

bad years ago, how could they

get worse, one day they accept 

your phone number next day not

on record, hard to speak to an

agent, Seems like it’s planned to

function like this
