Worst customer service

I have been trying unsuccessfully to get a hold of a live person for hours to resolve an issue with comcast  providing me with 400m vs the 1g that the rep told me I would be getting.  This company has the worst customer service by far. The minute AT&T has fiber in my area, I will drop Comcast like a bad habit.

user_ssj0cy Thank you so much for stopping in for help with your speed concerns. Not getting the speed for your plan would be frustrating, and we appreciate the chance to help. There are a few things we would check first to make sure the 1Gig speed would be a good fit for most customers. I start with your modem. Are you currently using one of our rented Xfi-enabled gateways or a modem you own?
