Worst customer service

Absolute worst customer service I e ever had. I spent over three days trying to get an appointment with someone: the first appt they made they cancelled for no reason, with no option to reschedule. Then they kept giving me a [Edit: Language] customer service number where I can’t get ahold of a real person and force me to do the exact same trouble shooting process they’ve already made me do and tried literally, not exaggerating, 18 times. 

mind you? I’ve been a customer of Xfinity for less than 2 weeks. I already paid 100 dollars for someone to come set it all up. Now? They scheduled me an appointment 4 days after it was needed, the second appointment they scheduled after canceling the first one they made me for no reason with no option to reschedule or even courtesy to talk to an agent.
