Worst customer service
This has to be the worst customer service ever. Whoever oversees customer service needs fired. It's impossible to talk to anyone and cl9se to impossible to chat with a live agent! You can't really get to a live agent, the ai agents just loops you and thank you. Then when you do get a live agent it takes them FOREVER to do anything. Plan 45mim-1 hour per agent. Then after 45 min you get a new agent and have to start over explaining again...for another hour then you'll get another agent. Plus they each [Edited: Language] up your account. Oh they tell you have to enter ok every minute so chat doesn't disconnect..so 60 times in an hour..then it inevitably disconnects. One day I had 10 agents with a total of 7 hours. That same week it was 15 agents every day for 5 days until they got thing straightened out on equipment and service I've had for years. Then they still didn't get it right. Any time you need to chat with an agent plan on hours.

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
