worst customer service
Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. They don’t follow through on promises, even when you have documentation. I was charged ridiculous fees for canceling early due to an bad service called technician many time, and they claimed I signed a contract I never saw or agreed to. No proof was ever provided. I will never use this company again and will tell everyone I know to avoid them.
