WORST Customer service
Called in to put my account on vacation hold and they just completely lied to me, after sending a confirmation email saying it was good to go. Nobody knows what they are doing over there and it's beyond frustrating. There has to be other options we can all go to so Xfinity stops taking advantage of their customers.
