Worst customer service!!
Xfinity has the worst customer service I have ever seen in my life!! They lie to your face. If you talk to 5 different people, they will give you 5 different answers!! This is the worst customer service I ever had in my life which is why I canceled my mobile service and will be cancelling my Wi-Fi as well!! They don’t care about their customers at all!!

Same situation we have faced. Spoken to both English and Spanish speaking reps. The reps are also misinformed by their company knowledgebase and/or bulletins. The company lies to them, and in turn they misinform us. The severe lack of internal communication with Comcast/Xfinity is disgusting.
Responses provided by reps since 7/18--
1. English: "no ETA available, have you signed up for SMS?"- no info or first call resolution.
2. English: "no ETA but could last up to 7 days"- This one also reminded me of hotspots and at least was up front about the extended outage.
3. Spanish: "Your area will not be restored until 7/25"- at first we thought this was ridiculous, but it may end up being true.
4. Spanish: "According to the bulletin, you will have internet back up by 9am tomorrow"-That was 4 days ago. Also promised a supervisor callback....still waiting on that. smh
