Worst customer service possible
I’ve been trying to return a phone for over a week, they keep telling me they’ll send me the shipping label and don’t and now they’re telling me my phone isn’t worth the trade in value they originally told me.

Hello @user_q532hz Sorry to hear the return label is not coming through. Please send us a direct message with your full name and the service address and we can get an escalation opened for you to check what is going on with the trade in value and the return label.
To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
