Worst customer service on the world
[Edited: "Solicitation"]. Although sometimes they seem to have convenient offers, Xfinity mobile has the worst customer service on the world. They are not prepared to respond to any inquiry, they create new tickets that take you nowhere and they solve all the situations on their own favor.
They charged us for a fake mobile line that was never requested and I never used for over one year. I spent all that time trying to solve the issue with multiple calls and visits to their stores. They are either malicious or very ignorant of what they are doing.
