Worst customer service ON THE PLANET! Hands Down

You can't ever talk to someone, and I'm trying to do them a favor of returning equipment worthless!

user_3eda7e I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble getting assistance, and our team and community are here to help however we can as well. For equipment returns, you have the option to box the equipment and bring it to a local UPS Store, where they can create the shipping label and send it back to our warehouse without any cost to you. You can also bring the equipment to a local Xfinity Retail Store to drop off as well, though, depending on wait times, I'd recommend UPS for a quicker trip.
