worst customer service imaginable.

I have been dealing with xfinity for a week and about 8 total hours. well I should say their ai and computers because they don't have any employees anymore. well I finally got my service switched to my new place today. to bad I still haven't been able to get any internet. maybe next week.. if you have any issues you deal with a computer. have issues online, they say, it's OK you can do it all online. well I will take a free January of service since I guess I am your employee. wouldn't even mind it if the step by step and everything actually worked. you should be ashamed.

I just had the computer tell me that the wait for technical support would be three minutes so she wanted to send me to the Xfinity Assistant that only understands short sentences and is as dumb as the telephone answering computer. However, the time to keep insisting on a live agent was shorter so maybe she has improved.
