Worst Customer Service Experience in My Life
I am writing this to express my extreme dissatisfaction with Xfinity. I have been trying to get a refund since 9/10 from when I found out that I was being charged on a old internet line that that Xfinity never moved or removed. Since then, I have used the "Xfinity Chat" numerous times and called Xfinity 8 times (9/10, 9/17, 9/18, 9/19, 10/3 (twice), 10/4, 10/16, 11/3, 11/5. I have been bumped to multiple different departments and other "third party" teams to issue my refund.
I have opened 5 support tickets ([Edit: Personal Information]).
I have been lied to numerous times on when I would receive my refund as well as when I would be followed up with.
On 10/26, I spoke with Sankari (on-shift manager) who assured me my refund was processed and and that I would receive confirmation on 10/31. I never received any follow up.
On 11/3, I spoke with Jade (call center manager) who assured me that my refund had been processed and that she would follow up with me personally the next day. I never received a follow up.
I then followed up on 11/10 via the Xfinity app and was informed that my refund is still processing.
At this point, Xfinity is stealing from me.
But at least I was sold Peacock by one of your agents who could not solve the original issue.

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
