Worst Customer service everrr
2 days and 8 agents laterro still do not have my issue resolved. I was lied to about my approval for credit to my account and I was told multiple times I couldn't get to a manager or agent. I wS giving a number to complain but I was lied to twice about the number. This is why cable companies will be obsolete soon. I'm frustrated and tired. Guess I will wait 30 days when I file with consumer affairs... federal trade commission..BBB...and any other agent I can.
