Worst customer service ever

I contacted Xfinity customer service 2 days ago regarding switching service after being with them for 11 years to T mobile I can get internet 500 mbps connection for 50 a month and TV streaming service through you tube for 85.00 a month. I was told I could keep my 1 gig speed for 95.00 month and get all the same channels I have now 185 plus Hulu and Disney for free for 1 year because I’m a veteran after that. 30 bucks a month. I asked if this person could allow me time to think about it and said she would call back on 29 Oct at 0900. No call so I called in and was told that the information I was given was not correct. Asked to speak to a supervisor. Waited 1 hour 36 minutes on hold. Only to be told that there was nothing they could do even if I adjusted my channel line up and speed it would still be 199.00 a month. Don’t waste your time with this relic of a service they need to go out of business . They have no customer service skills and don’t care about their customers.
