Worst customer service ever

Signed up for Xfinity service only to have tech show up and tell me property is not wired for fiber optic cable and to only way to add id to rip up property of multiple adjacent homes. Idiots. Now cannot get anyone at Xfinity to cancel service they cannot even provide.  Beyond pathetic. Have already notified their regulators.   Beyond fail.
